Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Limited, a global IT services company, is seeking a seasoned solution architect. The role focuses on designing end-to-end telecom solutions, aligning with industry standards and enterprise architecture.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, translate complex requirements into standards-driven designs, and ensure delivery across multiple projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end solution design.
• Proven knowledge of core telecom operational processes (fulfilment, assurance, billing).
• Strong knowledge of the eTOM framework and TOGAF 9.0.
• Experience designing solutions in complex multi-project environments.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into detailed designs with standardisation and re-usability.
• Act as a conduit between architects and development teams ensuring design adherence.
• Apply knowledge of platform capabilities to improve delivery and service.
• Provide design governance during build/test phases as a design authority.
• Drive best practices and standards within design and development teams.
• Provide delivery estimates and manage demand to meet changing needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
