Job summary

Flexible Solutionz, a Liverpool-based senior technical leadership role, offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, a pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and ongoing professional development. You will report directly to the IT Director and shape our technology strategy for a 1,000-user organisation.

This hands-on role requires designing enterprise-scale solutions and guiding a skilled MI & Application Development team using Agile and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in C#/.NET and/or Python.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Proclaim, Cloudflare or low-code automation platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise-wide software architecture and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain business-critical applications using C#/.NET, Python, SQL and React.
• Design and build REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems, including our Case Management System.
• Oversee Microsoft SQL Server environments, T-SQL development and Power BI reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop the MI & Application Development team using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Work with senior business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
