Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Alterya, an AI-powered fraud prevention platform. You will lead technical discovery, design fraud detection workflows, and drive successful deployments with banks, fintechs, and crypto businesses.

This role blends technical consulting, integration work, and customer enablement across the full lifecycle. You will partner with Account Executives, design tailored solutions, and enable customers to achieve high adoption of Alterya in rapidly changing

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of proofs of concept (POCs) from planning to success.
• Enable sales teams through training, product education, and ongoing support.
• Bridge knowledge gaps across multiple products and bundle solutions.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc).
• Experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech or crypto.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs and performing integrations.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection, AML, risk management concepts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
• Experience managing multiple customer engagements in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, self-driven, collaborative across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and workshops with prospects and customers.
• Assess fraud detection capabilities and align solutions with client strategies.
• Design and implement customized fraud workflows using AI-driven signals.
• Lead onboarding, API integrations, and deployment of Alterya in customer environments.
• Collaborate with fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams to ensure adoption.
• Advise on fraud trends and best practices to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing solution guidance during the lifecycle.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
• Document implementation best practices and create scalable enablement resources.
