Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking an experienced engineer to architect scalable data pipelines for ingesting and parsing blockchain data, and to leverage AI-native workflows to boost velocity and code quality. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
• Bias to ship and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase velocity while maintaining reliable, maintainable code.
• Deep understanding and experience of at least one Blockchain protocol.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
• Leverage AI-native engineering workflows (LLMs, automated agents) to increase team velocity and code quality.
• Provide blockchain protocol expertise (EVM, UTXO, etc.) to the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and maintaining reliability of our pipelines and services.
• Work closely with Product Managers to ensure our datasets meet the evolving needs of the crypto ecosystem.
• Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design docs, and technical mentorship.
