Job summary

Publica by IAS is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Publisher Operations team in hybrid London. The role focuses on overseeing all aspects of customer service, driving revenue through unique ad-tech solutions, and collaborating with engineering to implement enterprise-scale solutions across our OTT/CTV platform.

You will engage directly with clients, analyze data, prepare insights, and ensure successful delivery from pre-sales to post-sales across multiple SSPs and ad tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience with strong customer-service track record.
• Experience with video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding and programmatic advertising.
• Ability to work with high-touch, technical enterprise clients and coordinate pre- to post-sales.
• Proven ability to derive insights from large data sets and present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and drive platform adoption.
• Deep-dive into data and run analyses to inform client strategies.
• Respond to a wide range of client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Become the product expert and feed customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Drive growth of accounts by delivering tailored, scalable ad-tech solutions.
