PubMatic is seeking a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in the EMEA region. You will oversee technical integrations, optimize performance, and act as the trusted partner to publishers across the region.

The role blends ad tech, client success, and operational delivery, with hands-on responsibilities in programmatic troubleshooting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in programmatic advertising and ad tech ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights.
• Hands-on experience with client onboarding and technical integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own publisher account setup and manage Tier 1 omnichannel accounts on PubMatic platform.
• Deliver seamless technical integrations and ensure projects meet timelines and standards.
• Provide responsive support within SLAs and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze performance to increase yield and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering on implementation plans.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and JIRA.
• Address integration issues and escalations, ensuring brand safety.
