Job title: Senior Solutions Architect

Location: London, England, United Kingdom - Hybrid (mostly remote, up to once a week on-site)

Contract type: Full-time

Salary: £79,500 plus a 20% annual bonus

About the role Join our client, a leading tech company, as a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, you will work on innovative customer success technology with iconic clients, ensuring best practices and scalable growth within the Gainsight platform. You’ll be instrumental in helping customers maximize their Gainsight adoption and achieving long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Implement Gainsight for new clients ensuring a scalable and best-practice setup
• Optimize and expand existing Gainsight implementations
• Lead business and technical design workshops crafting sustainable Customer Success solutions
• Oversee solutions’ scalability and minimize technical debt
• Monitor product adoption, customer behaviors, and configuration improvements
• Track and report billable hours while meeting utilization targets
  
  

Requirements

• Must currently be based within a 50-mile radius of London, UK, and have the legal right to work in the UK
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services or enterprise product implementation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role (CSM, CS Ops, or similar)
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), relational databases, or data integration processes
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and technical communication skills, including conducting workshops
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gainsight administration or user configurations
• Experience with SaaS products and solutions
• Advanced experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms
