Job summary

TechOhana is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the integration architecture across a large enterprise programme. The role centers on moving a staffing business onto a Salesforce-native platform, with design authority and detailed specifications for the build.

The candidate will own integration across front-office/ERP/HMRC RTI/VMS, producing functional and technical specs and validating sprints. Hybrid: remote, once a fortnight in London, immediate start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including data modelling, Apex, SOQL, Flows, Platform Events and REST/SOAP integration.
• Integration design across enterprise systems, for example front-office or ATS platforms, ERP and HMRC RTI.
• BACS, SEPA or treasury payment file specifications.
• Exposure to VMS platforms or legacy pay engine migrations.
• HMRC RTI submission formats (FPS, EPS) or zero-trust security models.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture across the client’s front-office platform, ERP, HMRC RTI, VMS and payment file outputs.
• Produce the functional and technical specifications the development team builds from, validate each sprint against them.
• Lead design for the programme’s next phase.

Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect - Hybrid (once a fortnight in London)- Up to £100k

TechOhana have partnered with a fast-growing Salesforce ISV to bring on a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect.

The role carries design authority on a large enterprise programme, moving a major staffing business onto a Salesforce-native platform. The overall architecture is agreed. The detailed design, and making sure it’s built as intended, is yours.

You’ll own the integration architecture across the client’s front-office platform, ERP, HMRC RTI, VMS and payment file outputs. You’ll produce the functional and technical specifications the development team builds from, validate each sprint against them, and lead design for the programme’s next phase.

• Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including data modelling, Apex, SOQL, Flows, Platform Events and REST/SOAP integration
