Thales, a global technology leader, seeks a Solution Architect for Under Water Systems in the UK. You will shape architectures for MCM projects, analyze customer needs, and drive requirements from system to subsystem levels, collaborating with hardware and software teams to align solutions.

Essential: Engineering degree or equivalent; CE NG status is desirable. You will lead design reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and engage stakeholders, sustaining progress on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• CEng or equivalent professional status is desirable.
• Experience with architecture design and system engineering is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and deliver architectures for MCM projects.
• Analyse customer needs and assess solution architecture and technical choices.
• Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements specifications.
• Support gated reviews and lifecycle processes.
• Interface with clients to define standards and architectural frameworks.
