Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Lead Solution Architect to join the Securities Services Engineering & Architecture team.

You will design, assess, and deliver high-quality solution architectures underpinning platforms redesigned for the Securities Services business within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will work across functional, information, and technical architectures, engaging stakeholders to articulate requirements, drive architecture governance, and accelerate delivery with

Qualifications

• Hands-on Solution Architecture experience across functional, information, and technical dimensions.
• Strong working knowledge of data modeling and meta-modeling (UML) and related tools.
• Experience with data architecture options and data assets management.
• Proficiency in AI/machine learning applications in architecture workflows.
• Experience with Java, Python, XML/JSON, and SQL databases.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services domain and related products.
• Familiarity with Agile/lean, CI/CD processes, and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to articulate requirements and realize secure, robust solutions.
• Design and assess end-to-end architectures for enterprise-scale platforms across data modeling, data quality, metadata management, and data migration.
• Apply AI tools to improve architecture analysis, pattern identification, and documentation.
• Ensure conformance with architecture patterns and participate in governance bodies.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess designs and credentials.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability and quality.
• Advocate for AI-enabled patterns with strong communication across business and technology teams.
