Job summary

The AA is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across major transformation initiatives. You will shape solution direction from discovery to delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration into our broader technology landscape.

Working with Business, Architecture, Product, Engineering and Delivery, you will establish design governance, deliver High-Level Designs, and provide clear architectural guidance to engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect in large, complex transformation programmes.
• Strong Dynamics 365 architecture experience with integration to enterprise platforms.
• End-to-end solution design across applications, data and security.
• Experience producing Solution Options Papers and High-Level Designs.
• Familiar with architecture governance and agile or product-led delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex options to SteerCo and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for large transformation initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Architect Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise integration across platforms.
• Translate business needs into coherent architectures covering apps, data, security and resilience.
• Produce high-level designs and option papers, detailing trade-offs and guardrails.
• Lead governance through design reviews and architecture boards with clear decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery to handover into detailed design.
