Working within the Public Safety business, you will be responsible for defining policies and standards that guide technology delivery, with significant experience in modern, cloud-based technology standards and practices.
As Solution Architect, you will lead a team of architects, providing architectural design and technology roadmaps for complex Policing and National Security applications supporting high-volume, mission-critical products and services. Opportunities to oversee architectural needs within Control Room application suites will also be available.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery, and Technical Leads to influence and define a technology roadmap aligned with our commercial and technological goals.
The core aim of this role is to provide technical assurance for the successful deployment of NECSWS Public Safety products, while safeguarding our commercial interests.
Success in this role requires mediating between teams and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Confidence in communication across all levels and understanding of evolving technology delivery in an agile environment are essential. High stakeholder expectations mean you must facilitate discussions on high-risk, complex issues within constrained timescales.
