Job summary

Iconic Resourcing are collaborating with a national law firm to recruit a Senior Solicitor to their Personal Injury (Disease) team in Glasgow. The role focuses on disease work, EL, PL, and motor claims, handling a varied caseload and assisting on high value matters.

The successful candidate will run cases day-to-day, liaise with clients and courts, and contribute to team development. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement in Glasgow with a salary of £45,000–£53,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in personal injury.
• Strong knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures.

Responsibilities

• Running cases day-to-day, liaising with clients, opponents, courts and witnesses.
• Undertaking liability investigations and progressing matters efficiently and commercially.
• Assisting Partners on complex matters, client development initiatives and training.
• Supporting and supervising junior fee earners.
