Job description

A superb opportunity exists for a proactive, professional, and friendly Senior Family Solicitor to join a reputable firm based on the outskirts of Coventry on a full-time basis.

Requirements

1. Current or recent experience within a Senior Family Solicitor role
2. Experience with Divorce and Financial Dispute cases
3. Comfortable with a varied caseload including divorce proceedings, financial matters upon divorce, Cohabitation & Separation Agreements, and Family Law Act applications
4. Confidence to empower clients and fight for their rights
5. Technically strong with an eye for detail and effective communication skills
6. Excellent IT Skills, including use of Case Management Systems

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide excellent service to the firm’s clients and contribute to the success of the busy department with skill and expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Proactively manage a caseload of varied family files
2. Utilize Case Management Systems and online tools effectively
3. Demonstrate superb client care skills
4. Be reliable, organized, and capable of working in a busy, demanding environment
5. Exhibit excellent time management and interpersonal skills
6. Assist in the development of the department and team
7. Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures

Salary & Working Hours

Salary ranges from £50,000 to £70,000, depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, full-time.
