Job summary

Novap HR in Winnersh seeks a Solicitor specialized in Children Panel Accredited care matters to join our growing Family Law team. This senior role combines hands-on case management with mentoring junior colleagues, delivering high quality representation in complex care proceedings.

You will handle care applications, advise clients, manage files in Leap, navigate CCMS for legal aid, and help meet monthly billing targets.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with Children Law accreditation.
• Experience in Care Proceedings and advising courts on outcomes.
• Familiar with Legal Aid/CCMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client care to vulnerable families in Care matters.
• Prepare court applications, witness statements, bundles and briefs.
• Mentor junior team members and manage paralegals.
• Navigate CCMS for legal aid and meet billing targets.
