Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking a Children Panel Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join our Family team in Bedfordshire. The role offers high-quality childcare work, a supportive environment and genuine career progression, with flexible hybrid working.

You will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction to conclusion, including Care Proceedings and Adoption matters, with strong advocacy and organisational skills. Salary is DOE.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE with Children Panel accreditation is essential.
• Experience across public and private children matters is required.
• Strong advocacy and organisational skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of public and private Children Law matters from instruction to conclusion with limited supervision.
• Handle Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship and Adoption work.
• Work effectively within a hybrid working model and team environment.
