Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Senior Childcare Solicitor to join its specialist Family team in the West Midlands. The role focuses on public children law and adoption matters, with opportunities for advocacy and client relationship development.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in Children Law, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in Children Law
• Experience handling public law children matters and/or adoption
• Confident advocacy skills and a good understanding of family court procedures
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team
• Children Law Accreditation would be advantageous
