Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major utility-scale solar PV project in the Dundee area. The site-based role covers construction, commissioning and handover, with a focus on schedule, cost and safety.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate HV/grid interfaces and liaise with stakeholders. Essential experience includes utility-scale PV, EPC/renewable construction, leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Proven track record in EPC/major renewable construction.
• Experience delivering construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a utility-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Manage programme, budgets, forecasting and risks.
• Oversee construction progress against milestones.
• Support procurement and subcontractor packages.
• Manage client and project stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate HV, grid connection and commissioning activities.
• Ensure HSE, quality and contractual requirements are maintained.
• Support project handover and completion.
