Job summary

Draken is seeking a Senior Software Systems Engineer in Hurn, Dorset. The role focuses on system architecture, requirements management, integration, verification and validation rather than software development.

You will work within an Integrated Delivery Team to deliver safe, high-quality software-enabled mission systems. The position involves developing requirements, designs and interfaces, and collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet operational and business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in systems engineering including design, integration, verification and validation.
• Knowledge of software-intensive systems and lifecycle processes.

• Support design, integration, testing and through-life support of software-enabled mission systems.
