Job summary

ECM Selection (Holdings) Limited in South Cambridgeshire near Cambridge is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to lead on commercial robotics software for harvesting technology. Onsite role with a competitive salary and share options, salary £50,000 to £60,000 DoE.

You will write production code in C# (with C++/Python familiarity), test on hardware, and collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a robotics engineer working on commercial software, ideally in C#.
• Hands-on experience testing software on physical machines with hardware integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects as a senior engineer while contributing within the team.
• Write production code and test on field hardware, investigate data logs and user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to deliver robust software.
