Job summary

Ecm Selection, based just outside Cambridge, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and contribute to robotics software development. You will work with hardware and test software on physical machines, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

You should be comfortable as an individual contributor and team player, with a strong background in C#/C++/Python and ROS, and a degree in CS/EC/Physics.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electronics or physics is expected.
• Hands-on robotics software experience with hardware interaction is required.
• Experience with ROS is a plus and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead on select projects while contributing within the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to plan work.
• Write and test code for robots in production environments.
• Investigate data logs and user feedback to drive improvements.
