Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Specialist Software Engineer to analyse, design and engineer software solutions across projects, guiding the development team and mentoring colleagues. Based at the McLaren Technology Centre with a mix of onsite and remote work, you will influence architecture and engineering practices across the Software & Data Science group.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable systems, apply SOLID design, and drive delivery from analysis

Qualifications

• Strong background in full stack software development.
• Experience with agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and propose practical solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
