Job summary

IRIS Software Group is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of large-scale, full‑stack web applications serving millions of users. You will design, build and refine backend APIs with .NET Core and C#, while shaping frontend architecture using modern UI frameworks and cloud-native patterns.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and champion secure, observable, and well-tested software across CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments, and AI‑assisted

• Strong experience delivering complex, multi-service web applications.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions.
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks and backend APIs, and experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable systems with multi-service integrations and high-traffic APIs.
• Own features from conception to production support and ensure maintainability.
• Lead technical discussions, set architectural standards, and document owned systems.
