Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web APIs and REST.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, Blazor).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge and data-architecture decisions.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, multi-service systems and data-processing pipelines.
• Own large features through conception to production support.
• Make commercially aware technical decisions balancing trade-offs.
• Lead technical discussions and influence architecture decisions.
• Establish patterns, standards, and documentation for owned systems.
• Promote AI-first practices using tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code.
• Lead technical estimation and risk assessment with Product Owners.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to meet business goals.
• Drive TDD/BDD, automated testing, and quality governance.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
