Purpose of the role

To design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, devise solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, contributing to the organization’s technology communities.
  • Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability.
  • Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with other functions/business divisions.
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, set objectives, coach employees, and evaluate performance.
