• Proven senior software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in PHP Symfony/Laravel web apps.
• Hands-on with AWS & container orchestration.
• Mentor and coach engineers, lead by example.
• Ability to drive architecture and technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Own technical decisions and set direction with engineering leadership.
• Deliver across several concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality.
• Champion best practices: testing, CI/CD, doc standards.
• Help adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
