Job summary

Reed Technology in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET/C# backend and Angular frontend features within a global consultancy’s Innovation team. You will own REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployments, and IaC, while collaborating across disciplines to deliver robust, secure software in a hybrid work environment.

Hybrid working 3 days a week onsite, salary up to £80k DOE, and a focus on scalable architectures and modern

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing Science or equivalent required.
• Solid commercial experience with C#/.NET, EF, SQL Server, REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Angular TypeScript and component architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship features across .NET/C# backend and Angular frontend.
• Write clean, tested code and uphold standards in reviews.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and support requests.
• Provision and manage Azure cloud infrastructure with high availability.
• Configure and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and IaC for Azure resources.
