Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our collaborative technology team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting scalable software solutions while applying AI insights to improve delivery and outcomes.

You will work with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office across Marsh’s UK offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience in Agile environments and delivering maintainable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs.
