Civica is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and implement scalable software solutions. You will review code, mentor juniors, and work with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into robust software.

Qualifications

Expert in Go, React; experience in C#, .NET & Angular would be desired.
Proficient in Test-Driven development (TDD) and automated testing.
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with debugging abilities.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and iterative development.

Responsibilities

Design, development and implementation of software applications with focus on scalability, performance and security.
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability and coding standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot software issues, delivering timely solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for software design, code and processes.
