Job summary

TRAKD is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and operate scalable TypeScript/Node.js services that power regulated financial workflows. You will own your services end-to-end, mentor teammates, and contribute as a key technical voice within your squad.

Expect a high-ownership, fast-moving environment with AWS/serverless stack, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, and strong emphasis on observability and incident management. 1 day in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and serverless architectures.
• Experience with document databases like MongoDB.
• Experience owning services in a build-and-run model and on-call management.
• Experience mentoring engineers in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, tracing and observability.
• Bonus: multi-region, multi-currency, or trading-system complexity.
