Job summary

Frontier Resourcing Ltd is seeking full-stack software developers at multiple levels, including Principal, to join our engineering teams across Gloucester, London or Manchester. You'll work on mission-critical systems in a highly secure environment for the UK defence and national security sector, delivering secure, scalable software in collaborative, engineering-led teams.

Qualifications

• Active eDV (Enhanced DV) clearance is required.
• Full-stack experience in Agile teams building enterprise-grade web or backend systems.
• Proficient Java development with Spring Boot.
• Front-end skills with modern JS frameworks (React or Vue).
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation.
• Experience using Git repositories, branching strategies, PR workflows, merges.
• Experience with data visualization.

Salary: £43,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active eDV (Enhanced DV) clearance
• Full-stack experience in an Agile team building enterprise-grade web applications or backend services
• Java development with Spring Boot
• Front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Ansible or equivalent
• Experience with unit testing and test automation
• Experience using Git repositories, including branching strategies, pull-request workflows and merge processes
• Experience with data visualisation tools or techniques
