Senior Software Engineer - DV Cleared

Role: Senior Software Engineer

Type: Full Time

Clearance: Must hold enhanced DV Clearance

We have a new permanent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to work across an exciting portfolio of UK-leading National Security projects. The position is based in Cheltenham in an easily accessible location. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 per year, plus clearance and performance bonuses, along with a competitive benefits package.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with cutting-edge technology to address major National Security challenges in the UK.
• Perform hands-on development and contribute to the codebase, including peer reviews.
• Design software features.
• Assist in breaking down large tasks into well-defined units.
• Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Your Experience:

• Experience with Cloud-based architecture, AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with testing technologies like Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber.
• Flexible working schedules, including hybrid arrangements.
