The RTX Marlborough software team is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute to a range of aerospace and defense products, focusing on real-time and application software development. You will work within integrated product teams, using agile practices and modern tools to deliver robust solutions.

Requirements include a STEM degree and 5 years of hands-on software programming in C++/Java, with a preference for Agile experience and CI/CD familiarity.

The mission of the software team in Marlborough, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Surveillance and Warning systems.

What You Will Do:

Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (STEM) degree
• Minimum of 5 years professional software programming experience in development, integration, or test using C++, Java or similar object‑oriented software

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
