Job summary

Ripple is building a modern SaaS treasury platform and is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Liquidity Management team. You will help design and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, .NET/C#, and Microsoft SQL Server, while mentoring peers and driving best practices.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with on-call responsibilities and a strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and performance across global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years of application development experience.
• Deep knowledge of .NET and C#, and Azure services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in agile team environments.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-based solutions.
• Implement high-quality code with unit and integration tests for production readiness.
• Develop observability to derive insights, performance, and usage data.
• Mentor engineers and participate in technical design and code evaluations.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to improve processes and technology choices.
• Contribute to on-call rotations as part of the team.
