Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with strategy and outcomes.
• Ability to lead in multidisciplinary agile teams shaping technical direction and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and infra-as-code approaches.
• Experience designing distributed systems with maintainability and interoperability in mind.
• Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps principles for reliable delivery.
• Embed security, accessibility, performance and resilience in architectural designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Design, build and support secure, reliable digital services at scale.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across the organisation.
• Influence technical direction and delivery with architects, PMs and stakeholders.
