Job summary

Edrington is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and support software solutions across websites, APIs and cloud services for its global brands. You will work with product owners, designers and stakeholders in a pragmatic, agile environment.

Reporting to a Principal Software Engineer, you will contribute to CI/CD, data integration and operational platforms, mentoring junior engineers and helping grow the technology capability within Global Digital Technology.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with software design patterns and SOLID principles.
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud-native design.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Git workflows.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Github Copilot.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality software solutions across websites, APIs and cloud-based services.
Design, develop, maintain and enhance applications and integrations.
Support project delivery, CI/CD and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure production systems' stability, security and performance.
Collaborate with product, analytics and operations teams.
