CSL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own backlog tasks, deliver clean, scalable software, and guide peers within the Signalling Engineering team. You will design, implement, test, and operate software with a focus on maintainability and reliability.

• Experience designing and building reliable software for large-scale applications in complex environments.
• Experience with popular programming frameworks, development tools, databases, and deployment processes.
• Ability to guide others and influence decision-making with Product Owners/Managers.
• Commitment to high coding standards, including test-driven development and quality assurance.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and design practices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Heads of Engineering and Principal Engineers to deliver backlog tasks.
• Provide technical knowledge and perform peer code reviews as required.
• Contribute to shaping the Product roadmap and maintain timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and DoD.
• Support incident resolution and participate in retrospectives.
