CSL Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the design, development and delivery of software for CSL's signalling domain. You will work closely with Heads of Engineering, Solution Architect and Principal Engineers to implement scalable, maintainable solutions that meet backlog, roadmap and business objectives.

The role requires strong coding standards, test-driven development and a collaborative approach to solving complex technical challenges.

Qualificações

• Must have strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Own backlog tasks delivering high-quality implementations that align with coding standards and business objectives.
• Experience creating scalable, maintainable software with robust test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Heads of Engineering, Solution Architect, Technical Programme Manager, Engineering Leads and Principal Engineers.
• Provide technical knowledge, guidance, and feedback to other engineers during peer reviews.
• Review and give constructive feedback on others’ code through peer review processes.
• Lead design and implementation at product/roadmap level and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
