Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, secure and deploy services using AWS serverless architecture, CDK, and Python. You will collaborate with security architects, product managers and other development teams to deliver end-to-end features with top-tier quality and security.

You will engage in agile development, explore new technologies, and contribute to design decisions that drive the product to the next level.

Qualifications

• 10 years in the field of software engineering, with at least 4+ years of Python development experience.
• Fluency in English and strong written communication.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in an agile, security-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features using AWS serverless architecture and Python.
• Collaborate with security architects, product managers, and other dev teams.
• Maintain code quality, security, scalability, and performance across services.
• Participate in continuous engineering cycles and adopt modern CI/CD practices.
