Scope is building the world's leading AI-native data collection layer for field inspectors. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own problems end to end—from user conversations to data storage and report generation—without being handed tickets.

We value initiative, technical depth, and the ability to ship meaningful features in a post AI world. We work in person five days a week at our sunny office in Farringdon.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building mobile applications.
• Expo/React Native experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the systems that takes voice notes, photos, videos and proactively finishes reports.
• Engineer how we feed context to AI models: how to store, fetch and select standards, reports, media, user intention.
• Evolve our workflow builder into self evolving software.
• Design the architecture behind the product: how unstructured data flows through the system, how AI is integrated, how offline and online behaviour stay seamless, and how we keep the product simple as it becomes more powerful.
