Job summary

develop is expanding its engineering team after launching a new data and intelligence platform, and is hiring Data & AI Engineers at junior and mid levels to work with cutting-edge AI technologies in a collaborative environment.

You'll join a small team delivering AI-powered products for financial services clients, building applications, processing data, and integrating AI services while exploring new tech and shaping the platform's direction from day one.

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI tooling.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar technical background.
• Exposure to Python programming.
• Interest in AI, ML and emerging tech.
• Familiarity with Claude Code/ChatGPT or similar AI assistants.
• Knowledge of RAG implementations.
• Azure or Google Cloud exposure.
• Knowledge of financial services data.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered products as part of a small engineering team.

The Role

You'll work as part of a small engineering team developing AI-powered products and supporting the delivery of solutions for clients operating within financial services.

The business embraces AI tooling as part of everyday development, and engineers are encouraged to explore new technologies, experiment and contribute ideas from day one.

You'll be involved in building applications, processing and modelling data, integrating AI services and helping shape the future direction of the platform.

What They're Looking For

Mid-Level Engineers
