Job summary

Coder is building agentic development infrastructure in the UK, delivering scalable Go-based services with React/TypeScript frontends that connect agents to real development environments.

You will work across the agent harness, integrations, and workflows, staying hands-on while solving complex problems and collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineers to ship reliable experiences.

Qualifications

• Production software experience
• Hands-on Go experience
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with systems around LLMs or agentic workflows
• Knowledge of model APIs, tool calls, context management, or agent loops
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and production reliability
• Working knowledge of AWS
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration beyond code

Responsibilities

• Design and build production systems in Go with React/TypeScript where needed.
• Improve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and long-running workflows.
• Extend architecture as models and capabilities evolve.
• Build integrations between agents, workspaces, tools and DevOps infrastructure.
• Own projects end-to-end from implementation to rollout and iteration.
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews and technical discussions.
• Partner with Product/Design to turn capabilities into developer experiences.
• Improve reliability, performance, and operability of agentic systems.
