Job summary

Admiral Group Plc is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to shape modern digital experiences at scale. You will design and deliver modular, high-performance applications using React, TypeScript and backend-for-frontend patterns in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive secure engineering practices, and contribute to evolving our engineering standards while collaborating across teams and platforms. Strong emphasis on GenAI-enabled workflows and reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer with extensive web app delivery experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript proficiency, including component design and performance optimization.
• Experience with Node.js/NestJS and end-to-end software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, modular web applications using React, TypeScript and micro frontend architecture.
• Develop backend-for-frontend services with NestJS to support client-server integration.
• Improve CI/CD, automated testing and secure development practices.
