Qualifications

Strong commercial software engineering experience.
Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code, testing, and maintainability.
Experience building APIs, microservices, distributed systems, or cloud-native applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-assisted development.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and explore new technologies.
