Job summary

Montu in Reading, UK, is seeking a senior software developer with a backend focus to join a growing engineering team. You will work with TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda to build scalable products that support patient care.

This is a hybrid role based in Reading with an expectation of three days per week in the office. You will shape architecture, collaborate across cross-functional teams and contribute to an industry-leading product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in software development.
• Backend-focused with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
• Proficient with AWS services including Lambda, RDS and SQS.

Job description

Hybrid - Reading, UK (3 days per week in the office)

We're looking for a backend-leaning Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team and help build the technology that powers Montu UK. You'll work with TypeScript, React, NestJS, PostgreSQL (RDS), AWS Lambda and other modern cloud technologies to build scalable products that directly support patient care.

This is a hybrid role based in Reading, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.

What You'll Do
