A leading global bank is seeking a full stack Developer to join their TDI Engineering Platforms group. You'll work on Developer Experience tooling, enhancing engineering practices, and promoting a culture of innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape technology and culture within a dynamic organization, while benefiting from competitive compensation and development opportunities.
You will be joining the TDI (Technology, Data & Innovation) Engineering Platforms and Practice group as a full stack Developer working on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling which supports discovery and promotion of engineering practices across the entire organization. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing our tool suite supporting DORA, SPACE and DevEx frameworks and working to promote Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future technology and culture of our firm.
