What you'll do?

As a Senior Software Engineer, your work will contribute to multiple teams. You will lead projects, collaborate across teams, and report to managers and group leads to deliver results.

Technical Execution:

You will improve code structure and architecture, review code, and enhance team efficiency through project planning, dependency management, and cross-disciplinary collaboration (e.g., with PMs and Experience teams).

You will promote maintainability, operational readiness, and system health, building relationships with other engineering teams and identifying collaboration opportunities.

You will break down complex work, guide design and implementation choices, and influence the team’s roadmap.

You will participate in hiring and conduct engineering interviews, supporting colleagues' growth and efficiency.

We value experience in some of these areas:

• Pride in readable, well-designed, well-tested software
• Experience developing web applications in languages like Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above)
• Knowledge of NoSQL backends such as Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Memcache
