WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Leeds office

We are looking for a motivated full stack engineer to join a brand-new feature team dedicated to building a digital stockbroking platform from the ground up.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of online trading by designing and implementing a customer-focused platform that redefines investment experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Joining the Stockbroking Lab's engineering team on a greenfield development.
• Collaborating with engineers, product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Owning your development, skills, and career growth.
• Driving resilient, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
• Promoting best engineering practices.

What you'll need

• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and ReactJS.
• GIT and managing large codebases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Harness.
• High-performance, low-latency application experience.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud-native solutions and SaaS API integrations.

Additional useful experience includes:

• C#, .NET, Oracle PL/SQL.
• Financial services software delivery experience.
• Relevant certifications.
