DISCO Senior Software Engineer is a senior engineer responsible for subsystems of a project. You will lead epics/initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions while delivering high-quality, scalable software in a SaaS environment.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and executives to align backend architecture with business needs, ensure performance, and maintain robust technical documentation.
