For more than 25 years, we have partnered with many of the world's largest organisations across consumer goods, retail, healthcare, technology, industrials and professional services. We work with executive teams to solve complex commercial challenges, drive organisational change and deliver measurable business impact. Our technology plays an increasingly important role in how we deliver that impact, and we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help drive the next stage of our evolution.
This is not a role where you'll be a small cog in a large development machine. You'll join a highly collaborative technology team where engineers have genuine ownership across the full software lifecycle, from architecture and development through to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security and production support. We're investing heavily in technology, automation and AI, and you'll play a key role in shaping the platforms that support our consultants, clients and business operations globally.
You'll bring strong full-stack engineering experience and be comfortable balancing software development with infrastructure and operational ownership.
Experience integrating LLMs, agentic workflows or MCP servers would be a distinct advantage.
You’ll design, build and enhance business-critical applications across our .NET and Angular technology stack while helping to modernise and future-proof our technology landscape.
We've built a reputation as the world's leading negotiation consultancy by challenging conventional thinking, investing in innovation and continually pushing ourselves to be better.
When you join us, you'll be part of a business that has:
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact. Your work won't disappear into a backlog. The solutions you build will directly influence how our business operates and how we continue to deliver exceptional value to clients around the world.
